New to the rental program - Come enjoy this Penthouse level condo at Destin Gulfgate. Being on the top floor the unit offers high ceilings and amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico. It is also quieter than other units as there is no one above you! This well maintained and renovated unit boasts 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with a fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, stand alone ice machine in the wet bar area and 65" smart flat screen TV in the living room. The unit offers beautiful exotic countertops throughout the kitchen, wet bar, and both bathrooms. There is original artwork located throughout the unit from a professional artist. The unit sleeps 8 with a king size bed in the master, 2 queen in the spacious 2nd bedroom and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. This top floor unit boasts thirty foot by eight foot private balconies. Destin Gulfgate has some of the largest beach frontage in Destin making your beach experience less crowded. The property also has a zero entry pool that is heated during the shoulder seasons. Two beach chairs and umbrellas are included in the rental (March 1 through the Sunday after Thanksgiving). This condo is on the top floor and has beautiful views of the ocean. It had a generous amount of starter supplies and everything you need for a wonderful stay. Comes with 2 complimentary chairs on the beach, which is ready for you each day. Location is excellent, Walmart and many great dining options nearby. Site is gated so no worries for your safety. Staff were all friendly and welcoming. Pool area is very nicely set up with restrooms and plenty of seating. Nice grill area in case you want to cook what you catch. Would recommend Gulfgate to anyone wanting to stay in the area. We have stayed here many times and will return again!

The staff at Destin Gulfgate was very friendly and helpful from making the reservations to check in and Peter over the beach chair setup was a sweetheart. Resort was kept in great condition inside and out. Our unit was exceptionally clean, well furnished and we had a great first stay here, We will definitely be returning to gulfgate in the future!

Over all great . Only price needs to come down. Getting high. Also if more than 2 guests staying at location beach chairs should be provided for all without extra cost.
