Are you ready to book the perfect Florida getaway but have some questions about your stay? Check out Destin Gulfgate's frequently asked questions. 

What is your cancellation policy?

For daily and weekly reservations, cancellations or changes made more than 60 days prior to arrival are subject to a $50 processing fee.
Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of all payments and deposits.

Monthly reservation cancellation policies vary—please contact our office directly for details.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all reservations.


Do you allow pets?

No. For the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted anywhere on the property.


Do you offer monthly rentals?

Yes. Monthly reservations are available December through March 15.
Monthly stays cannot be booked online—please call our team directly at (888) 234-4853 for availability and rates.


What amenities are included?

Guests enjoy:

  • A well-equipped fitness center
  • Heated outdoor pool (seasonal)
  • Outdoor patio and seating areas
  • Complimentary beach service (two chairs and an umbrella, seasonal)
  • Fully furnished condos with 30-foot Gulf-front balconies

Where are you located?

We are located directly on the beach, conveniently across the street from The Track.

Do the condos have a washer and dryer?

Yes. Every unit includes a dedicated laundry room with an in-unit washer and dryer.


Are linens, towels, and toiletries replenished daily?

Daily replenishment is not provided. Each stay includes an initial starter supply of essentials, including:

  • Bath and kitchen linens
  • Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
  • Paper towels
  • Trash bags
  • Dish and laundry detergent
  • Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion
  • Coffee starter packs

Guests are responsible for additional supplies during their stay.


What time is check-in? Can we use amenities early?

Check-in is between 4:00–5:00 PM.
You’re welcome to stop by the front desk upon arrival. If your unit becomes available early, we’ll notify you by call or text.

Guests may enjoy the beach and pool amenities while waiting.
Guaranteed early check-in (as early as 1:00 PM) is available for purchase in advance—please call for details.


Can we bring our own beach chairs or umbrellas?

Yes. Personal beach items are permitted behind the complimentary beach service setup.
Please remove all personal belongings daily, as the City of Destin prohibits overnight items on the beach.


Can friends visit us at the beach or pool?

Yes. Each registered guest may host additional visitors. Visitors must check in with the front desk.
Please be mindful of shared spaces so all guests can enjoy their stay.


Is the pool heated?

Yes. The pool is heated seasonally:

  • October–November (weather permitting)
  • Christmas through Spring

What kitchen supplies are provided?

Each condo features a fully equipped kitchen, including:

  • Full-size refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher
  • Cookware, dishes, utensils
  • Small appliances such as a toaster and blender

You’re welcome to bring any specialty items you prefer.

Is there staff on-site 24/7?

Our office is staffed:

  • Monday–Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Sunday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
