We have stayed in Destin for many years. Gulfgate offers a great location with amazing rooms, balconies and beautiful views. The staff was very attentive and helpful. We highly recommend Gulfgate!

We love coming to Destin Gulfgate. It was a wonderful trip as always. Our only request is that they consider getting a new mattress for the master bedroom. Other than that it was perfect!!

We took a family vacation over this past holiday. Everything was great, the room, the view, and the staff. We stayed in room #604. This location is convenient to the restaurants, shops and the grocery store. There were plenty of parking spaces available and luggage dolly’s to make check in and out easy.

We all really enjoyed our stay here. Great location and nice condo. The only complaint is that the beach chairs need to be updated. They were not very comfortable.

Absolutely a beautiful condo with all the amenities. Our only recommendation is possibly a safe to put our valuables in other than that we could not ask for anymore! I’ve stayed at this property many times and always recommend it!

The best place I have stayed! This condo was super clean and convenient to everything. It was not crowded at all and everyone was very helpful.

We enjoyed our stay and will be back! The whole area was clean and well maintained. Staff were always friendly. I really liked that it wasn’t over crowded like a lot of other condos in Destin. Great access to the beach. The condo was very nice and well furnished.

We really enjoyed out stay. Our condo was very comfortable. The location was great. The only thing I would suggest improving is the BBQ's. They need to be upgraded or at the very least added to the list to be monitored for cleaning. Everything else was perfect. We will definitely be back!!

We have been vacationing to Destin for 20 years. We’ve stayed at several different places and Destin Gulfgate is by far the best. Perfect location, great view, excellent amenities and small enough that the beach and pool are not overcrowded. Having their own property management helps tremendously as well. Rooms are spacious and always very clean.

This was our second stay in this unit at Gulfgate and it was just as beautiful. Love the decor upgrades. You can't beat the spectacular views.

We loved this condo. Location was perfect. Huge balcony with the best views. Kitchen had everything we needed. Bedrooms had comfortable beds and plenty of closet space. Pool and beach areas were clean. Every staff member I spoke to was extremely friendly and helpful. We plan to rent this unit again!

We had a great week in condo 604. It was beautiful. We even saw Dolphins. From our deck!

We have visited Gulfgate for 17 years. There is a reason that we keep coming back to the same location/facility--GULFGATE!!!!

We absolutely loved the condo and the best feature was the huge balcony overlooking the beautiful white sands of Destin Beach! We will absolutely stay here again! Or 3 toddlers thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool as well as it has a tot-safe zero entry. We also loved the complimentary chairs and umbrella on the beach and the building's close proximity to stores and restaurants.

We had a great time at Gulfgate. It is in the perfect location and the views are amazing!!! The whole resort was super clean and everyone was very accommodating. The condo itself was very nice and updated. It had everything you would need plus more. The beach is just a short walk from your room. We are already planning a trip back!

The condo was very nice, and it was a much better experience being in a smaller building. We didn't wait one time for an elevator or a parking space. Our particular unit didn't have a designated garage spot, but it was a non-issue. The staff working the beach was also very courteous. Staying at a place with only one row of chairs on the beach is key. The larger properties were 3-4 rows deep with people, but not Gulfgate. The ice machine in the condo was also clutch, even though the counter staff lady was a tad bit salty over us asking about ice downstairs. Not the biggest deal, just something to note. Overall a great experience and a place we will surely come back to.

We have been coming to Destin Gulfate every year for decades, and they never disappoint. Quick and easy check in & out. Condo's are updated, spacious, and stocked with extra linens and everything you could possibly need for cooking. Walking distance to restaurants and fun park. Easy access to grocery stores. The view from the balcony is amazing. Adequate parking. Pool & fitness room available. Private beach, so never over crowded. The beach attendants were super helpful, all staff friendly. The grounds are well maintained, and gated for safety & privacy.
